Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the data Fanfare received from Facebook or Instagram at any time, in any of the following ways.

1. Remove Fanfare from your Facebook account

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites (under Permissions or in Accounts Center).
  3. Find Fanfare by 7kings and click Remove.

This immediately stops Fanfare from accessing your data through Meta. To also delete the data Fanfare has already stored, send us a request as described below.

2. Send us a request

Email matija@7kings.hr with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account, or, if you messaged or commented on a business that uses Fanfare, the name of that business and your profile name. We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep certain records.

If your data was processed on behalf of a business, we inform that business of the deletion.

Upute za brisanje podataka

U bilo kojem trenutku možete zatražiti da izbrišemo podatke koje je Fanfare dobio s Facebooka ili Instagrama, na jedan od sljedećih načina.

1. Uklonite Fanfare sa svog Facebook računa

  1. Na Facebooku otvorite Postavke i privatnost → Postavke.
  2. Otvorite Aplikacije i web-mjesta (pod Dopuštenja ili u Centru za korisničke račune).
  3. Pronađite Fanfare by 7kings i kliknite Ukloni.

Time Fanfare odmah gubi pristup vašim podacima preko Mete. Da izbrišemo i podatke koje je Fanfare već pohranio, pošaljite nam zahtjev kako je opisano niže.

2. Pošaljite nam zahtjev

Pošaljite e-mail na matija@7kings.hr s naslovom „Zahtjev za brisanje podataka” i navedite naziv Facebook stranice ili Instagram računa, odnosno, ako ste slali poruku ili komentirali tvrtki koja koristi Fanfare, naziv te tvrtke i ime svog profila. Primitak potvrđujemo u roku od 3 radna dana, a brisanje dovršavamo u roku od 30 dana, osim zapisa koje moramo čuvati po zakonu.

Ako su vaši podaci obrađeni u ime neke tvrtke, o brisanju obavještavamo tu tvrtku.
